Believe it or not, I bought this dress a summer or two ago on clearance at Walmart, of all places! This was when the crochet trend hadn’t quite picked up yet, and I wasn’t totally comfortable with form-fitting pieces. But, after shopping my closet this weekend, I decided it was time to take this dress out on the town as a cover-up for a pool day. While we got rained out and there was no swimming to be had, it still made for a cute holiday weekend look to wrap up summer!
