The one place that I didn’t anticipate becoming a regular budget-friendly store is Walmart. Their Scoop line is just so stinking good. One night, during an insomnia-induced Tik Tok binge-fest, I came across a post of Europeans on summer holiday and their fashion choices. I can watch those videos for hours. They keep posting pleated skirts – casual, dressy, midi, mini, maxi, and I love this trend.
A couple of days later, when perusing the Walmart site, I found this skirt for under $15 and knew I had to have it. This one is so good because I easily dressed it for summer today, but it will not be hard at all to transition it into fall and winter. That’s a major win for any piece, in my book.
