With my Mary Jane ballet flat addiction right now, I’m really into the mini skirt. While hunting for a good black mini, I found this one at Old Navy that does the trick. It has a high waist, which I prefer, and is stretchy. Long enough to wear to work but still short enough to be able to dress for any occasion.
