I wasn’t kidding when I said I’m trying to save some money these days and shop my closet. I have recently lost some weight, so I’m finding pieces that never fit quite just right that now do. And I’m also finding many things that are too big now that I never got enough wear out of. In hopes that my weight loss will continue, I’m buying minimal items since my size keeps changing and opting to try and make what I already own work. A habit that might be good for me to keep in the future anyways – spending on clothes has always been a vice for me.
This look is a super simple, budget-friendly, and heat-appropriate outfit for the summer. My kids had a back-to-school event held outside in 105+ degree heat, which kept me more than comfortable. Unfortunately, this is from 2022, and the Target version from this summer is already sold out. Their items, while so great, do not last long.
